Why is AutoCut not opening on MacOS?

If AutoCut does not open correctly on your macOS computer, this may be caused by a corrupted state. Follow these steps to fix the issue:


If AutoCut does not open, it can be because your enterprise blocks the domain used by AutoCut. If you have an IT team, send them this article : Which domains should be whitelisted for AutoCut?


1. Close AutoCut

2. Open the Application Support folder
  • Open the finder
  • Go into "Go > Go to folder"
  • Type "~/Library/Application Support/" and press "Enter"

3. Remove the AutoCut folder
  • Find and delete the AutoCut folder


4. Restart AutoCut

Once you’ve updated the environment variables, restart your computer and try launching AutoCut again.
