Why do I need at least two audio tracks ?

AutoCut Podcast analyzes your audio tracks to detect who is speaking and automatically switches to the appropriate camera in real time.

To work properly, AutoCut Podcast requires at least two audio tracks, each recorded from a separate microphone.

💡 You can use as many audio tracks as you like — there's no upper limit.

If all voices are recorded on a single track, AutoCut can’t tell who’s speaking and won’t be able to switch cameras correctly.

⚠️ Copying the track doesn’t help. It will only create confusion and lead to random or incorrect camera selections.
