# MacOSでAutoCutが開かないのはなぜですか？

AutoCutがmacOSコンピュータで正しく起動しない場合、破損した状態が原因である可能性があります。以下の手順に従って問題を解決してください。

|| AutoCutが起動しない場合、AutoCutが使用するドメインが企業ネットワークでブロックされていることが原因の場合があります。IT担当者がいる場合は、この記事を送ってください: AutoCutでホワイトリストに追加すべきドメインは？

###### 1. AutoCutを閉じる

###### 2. Application Supportフォルダを開く
* Finderを開く
* 「移動」>「フォルダへ移動」に進む
* 「~/Library/Application Support/」と入力し、「Enter」を押す

###### 3. AutoCutフォルダを削除する
* AutoCutフォルダを探して削除する

###### 4. AutoCutを再起動する
環境変数を更新したら、コンピュータを再起動し、もう一度AutoCutを起動してみてください。
