# J-Lカット

**__J&Lカットの使い方__**
**__JカットとLカットとは？__**

JカットとLカットは、2つのショット間で自然なトランジションを作るために使用される映像編集技法です。音声と映像のタイミングをずらすことで、物語の流れや視聴者の理解を高めます。

**__JカットとLカットの定義__**

**__Jカット__**  
Jカットは、次のショットの音声が映像より先に始まるトランジションです。

得られる効果：
- 次のシーンを予告する
- 物語の連続性を高める
- トランジションをより自然にする
- 視聴者に期待感を与える

__例：__ 画面に登場する前に人物の声が聞こえてくる

**__Lカット__**  
Lカットは、前のショットの音声が映像が切り替わった後も続くトランジションです。

得られる効果：
- 音声の連続性を確保する
- セリフの明瞭さを高める
- 音声の唐突な切断を避ける
- 編集の流れを滑らかにする

__例：__ 声が続いたまま、別のショットが画面に現れる

**__Premiere ProでJ&Lカットを使う方法__**

1 - AutoCutエクステンションを開く  
メニュー: Window -> Extensions -> AutoCut

2 - AutoCut Silencesを使用

3 - 「Transition」からJまたはLのいずれかを選択

4 - オーバーラップの長さを選択
