# Why are animated emojis not working in AutoCaptions?

Sometimes, animated emojis may be imported but don’t appear correctly in your captions.
Here’s how to fix it for Premiere Pro:

###### 1. Check the emoji resource folder

Go to:
`%appdata%/AutoCut/captions/resources/emojis`

If your files look like this:

###### 2. Disable conflicting Premiere Pro setting

Premiere Pro may block animated emoji rendering. To fix this, disable the following option:
* Go to **Settings > Media**
* Uncheck the option shown below ⬇️
