# Which domains should be whitelisted for AutoCut?

If your network uses a firewall, proxy, or other security tools that block unknown connections, you may need to whitelist AutoCut’s domains. This ensures the plugin can connect to its servers and work without interruptions.

###### Why whitelisting is important

If these domains are blocked, you might experience:
* Failure to log in to AutoCut
* Features not loading or functioning correctly
* Inability to update to the latest version
* Payment or subscription errors

###### How to whitelist

1. Add each domain to your firewall or proxy’s **allow list** (whitelist).
2. If your system uses IP-based filtering, note that AutoCut uses cloud services with dynamic IPs — we recommend whitelisting domains instead of IP addresses.
3. Contact your IT administrator for assistance if you’re unsure how to configure this.
