# How to add my company details and VAT number to my invoice?

When you subscribe to AutoCut for your company, you can add your business details directly on the payment page. Your invoice will then be issued to your company, not to you personally.

### Step 1: Fill in your billing address
On the payment page, under **Billing address**, select your country and enter your company's address.

### Step 2: Tick "I'm purchasing as a business"
Just below the address, tick **I'm purchasing as a business**.

### Step 3: Enter your company details
A **VAT information** section appears. Fill in:
* **Business name**: your company's legal name
* **VAT number**: select your country's VAT type (e.g. FR VAT), then enter your number

### Step 4: Complete your payment
Click **Pay and subscribe**. Your invoice will include your company name, billing address and VAT number.

|| ⚠️ Make sure to enter these details before paying. For legal reasons, an invoice can't be modified once it has been issued.

### Already subscribed without your company details?
You can add them yourself for your next invoices:
1. Log in to your AutoCut account and go to your dashboard.
2. Next to your license key, click the ⚙️ icon (**Manage subscription**).
3. Update your billing information: company name, address and VAT number.
