# How can I edit my captions after generating them ?

If you’ve just finished generating your captions, simply click on **“Back to the transcript editor”** to return to AutoCaptions' editing settings.

If you’ve already closed AutoCut, no worries! You can still access all your previously generated transcripts:

1. Open **AutoCaptions**
2. Go to **Define Section**
3. Click on **“Load previous transcript”**

This will reload your transcript so you can edit your captions again.
