# AutoCut doesn’t appear in my Premiere Pro extensions: what should I do ?

AutoCut is only compatible with **Premiere Pro 2023 and newer**. If you're using an older version, the plugin won't show up, this is usually a compatibility issue.

Here’s how to check and fix it :

1. **Update Premiere Pro** to version 2023 or later
2. Open Premiere Pro and **create a new project** and go to **Window > Extensions**
3. You should now see **AutoCut** in the list: click to launch it
