Is the stock footage in AutoB-Rolls free to use for all purposes?

AutoB-Rolls provides access to stock footage sourced from Pexels and Storyblocks, directly inside AutoCut. No additional subscription is required: if you are an AutoCut user, you’re allowed to use these clips in your videos.
You can use the footage in both personal and commercial projects, including videos published on YouTube, social platforms, websites, client work, or monetized content. Once the footage is incorporated into your edit, you are free to share, publish, or monetize your final video.

Usage rights and limitations

While you are free to use the footage in your videos, these assets still follow standard stock-media rules:

✅ Allowed

  • Use in commercial, editorial, and monetized content
  • Publishing on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, websites, client projects, etc.
  • Modifying or editing the clips as part of your production
  • Worldwide, perpetual usage once the footage is part of your video

⚠️ Make sure to include the mention in your description or end screen.

❌ Not allowed

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the clips as standalone files* (ex: uploading a clip by itself to another stock library)*
  • Claiming ownership of the original footage or using it as a brand identity
  • Delivering footage in a format that allows others to extract or reuse it outside your video.

These rules come from Storyblocks and Pexels licensing terms, which AutoCut users agree to when using the feature.
